Please fill it in electronically as there is not enough place for handwriting on it and save it for yourselves as you will need all the three sections of it during the semester/full year:
Before Mobility part - before commencing your semester;
During Mobility part - one month after commencing your semester - in case you need any changes in the courses - at the middle of September (March);
After Mobility part - at the end of your semester when you receive your final marks in our electronic course registration system.
All the three sections are to be signed by the Student, Home Institution and the Host Institution to receive the necessary support for the selected courses (scanned signatures are accepted by us - the Home Institutions need originals).
