European administrative criminal law

Purpose of education: It shows the basic concepts, institutions, duties and responsibilities of European administrative criminal law.
Course Content: The concept of administrative criminal law, its system, and history. LEagal regulation of responsibility. The criminal penalties, administrative procedural issues. Administrative criminal law in some European countries. The European Union and the administrative criminal law. Procedural and administrative enforcement cooperation in the field of administrative criminal law.
Exam and assessment system: colloquium, according to the five-stage evaluation system excellent (5), good (4), average (3), satisfactory (2), unsatisfactory (1)

The central administrative bodies.
The local government system.

Minority law – Minority rights

Purpose of education: It shows the basic concepts, institutions, duties and responsibilities of minority law, human rights.
Course Content: Introduction, history of minority rights. Minority rights in the legal system. The development of international minority rights (UN, Council of Europe, OSCE, EU). Autonomy in international law. Autonomies in some Western European countries. The Central European ethnic autonomies. The main components of ethnic rights. Constitutional protection of minorities.
