Supervising COVID Legislation
9 November 2020. 2 pm — 5 pm CET
Since the plagues of the Middle Ages the so-called civilised world has hardly met a disease that influenced our lives more than COVID-19. The pandemic resulted in emergency measures all over the world; Parliaments and Governments made steps to minimise the losses and to defeat the virus.
The conference aims at analysing how judicial entities can fulfil their original task and supervise the activity of political bodies and is there a need for supervision at all. The panellists present their ideas and experience from different countries and perspectives.
