The achievements and tribulations of the Chilean constitution-making process put the question what makes a good constitution. The Pontifical Catholic University of Chile together with Pázmány Péter Catholic University organised a webinar in which scholars of constitutional law of different countries (the United States, Ecuador, Chile, France, Poland and Georgia) shared their academic views and experience.
