Phenomenology - An Alternative Way to Read Roman Law Sources
2025. Feb 21. 09:00
We are planning an interdisciplinary workshop with Edmund Waldstein, who teaches moral theology at the Benedict XVI University in Heiligenkreuz. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Vienna and is currently habilitating at the University of Innsbruck. The workshop will be attended by Anna Varga-Jani, one of the most renowned experts of realist phenomenology in Hungary. The aim of the academic exchange is to gain new perspectives for reading and interpreting Roman legal sources, different from mainstream approaches.
